We are specialists at obtaining permits for the transportation of abnormal loads and wide loads. As a matter of course we remain up to date on legislation in this area and fully understand legislation in territories outside the UK.
Abnormal load regulations require notification for each regional police and highway authority along the itinerary including, where applicable, bridge authorities and utility companies. We will liaise with the relevant agencies on your behalf.
A UK abnormal load permit is valid for up to one month and we are constantly renewing them so that our fleet can keep on the move.
And as part of our expansion we now have our own escort van service to accompany abnormal loads.
